Check to see if you owe any paperwork. If there is an "x" next to your name then you need to pass the paperwork into Ms. Kitchen by the first day of practice. Remember physicals are good for 13 months from your appointment. So please check to see when you had your physical done. Her mailbox in next to the athletic office or across from Mr. Redding's office. You must get that paperwork in by the first day of practice.
